The Wagyu has been bred and raised by family run business 'Highland Wagyu', a pedigree beef company with a mission to produce the best beef in the world, from their 25,000-acre estate farm. Caxton Grill is excited to boast that this is the first full blood Wagyu to leave Scotland, thus giving you a rare chance to experience this extraordinary gourmet delight.
