Throughout December celebrate the festive season by feasting on Adam’s specially created Christmas menus. Showcasing his signature creative elemental style of cooking, Adam’s dishes draw on traditional winter ingredients, which he then skilfully transforms into complex layers of taste and texture. In his quest to bring the finest ingredients to the table, Head Chef Adam Handling has sourced the most succulent Highland Wagyu from his home town in Perthshire, Scotland. The Wagyu has been bred and raised by family run business 'Highland Wagyu', a pedigree beef company with a mission to produce the best beef in the world, from their 25,000-acre estate farm.
Adam has hand-minced some of this highest quality of beef to create the most amazingly tender Wagyu burgers.
