The Wagyu has been bred and raised by family run business 'Highland Wagyu', a pedigree beef company with a mission to produce the best beef in the world, from their 25,000-acre estate farm.

    Adam has hand-minced some of this highest quality of beef to create the most amazingly tender Wagyu burgers.
