Food steps rather than food miles. Head Gardener and Head Chef work together to plant and grow an abundance of vegetables, fruit and herbs on our rooftop garden; harvested daily this fresh produce influences many of the dishes on our menus. This oasis in the sky is filled with beds, pots, a greenhouse and bee hives, where our delicious honey is made.
Welcoming and buzzing. Guests and locals get together and enjoy a drink and some pretty tasty bar food. Whatever time of the day, there’s something for you. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic, cocktails and our signature flights – a choice of three glasses of wine or whisky.
Special celebration or time to think? Sometimes it’s better in private. Up to 10 people can enjoy a personalised lunch or dinner created by the Grill’s head chef Alex Boyd.
All naturally delicious. Ingredients take centre stage, which are then cooked simply. A la carte, children’s and bar food, each menu has been carefully prepared to offer a balance of food from the land, the sea and the garden.
