Smoked mackerel, sardine mousse, fennel salad, apple

Chicken & bacon terrine with caramelised onion jam, blue cheese beignet

Portobello mushroom with heritage cauliflower, chervil & chive dressing

MAINS

Roast tornedo of turkey
with sage & shallot stuffing and traditional trimmings

Stone bass, spinach, Jerusalem artichoke, shallot & parsley dressing

Parsnip bread, baby carrots, baby parsnips, cumin oil, hazelnuts

DESSERTS

Hot toddy soaked baba, vanilla ice cream, whisky-steeped raisins

Caxton’s chocolate orange; orange mousse, chocolate centre, orange sorbet

Apple custard tart, cinnamon ice cream, mulled spice poached apples
